Stephen O'Brien, P.Eng.

President

Stephen is a practicing professional engineer and Designated Consultant with PEO who continues to remain actively engaged in all projects undertaken by DLW Engineering Services Limited.  He is responsible for managing and technically leading all water and wastewater projects.  His experience encompasses approximately 30 years of municipal engineering that includes client relationship development, business development and team building as well as all facets of project implementation from the initial planning, conceptual design and preliminary process selection stage through detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up of water and wastewater engineering projects.  He is well versed in the preparation of class environmental assessments, contract drawings and specifications and operations manuals as well as in the development of cost estimates.
